What does 1 on 1 coaching include?

This is the direct route to reaching your ideal physique. I will be personally working to make sure your program is tailored to your exact fitness goals, current fitness levels, schedule and availability, and personal preferences. We will talk on a weekly basis, so that I can figure out what I can adjust in order to optimize your experience and progress. The 1:1 coaching relationship is built off of honesty and commitment.

What does coaching cost?
