ABOUT ME

Health and fitness should be a top priority for all individuals. Taking care and challenging yourself physically will benefit your life in so many different aspects.

Often, people look at exercise as a chore and see having a healthy diet as overly restricting and unattainable. However, when you get rid of unhealthy habits that are holding you back, you see working out and eating healthy as a privilege, and something to look forward to and enjoy.

My personal health and fitness journey is a bit unique. I grew up as an athlete, playing soccer and exercising regularly for most of my life. However, in 2020, at age 20 I was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma (bone cancer). During my treatment, which included chemotherapy and surgery, I lost lots of weight, mostly muscle, and had stopped working out because of how the treatment made me feel. In July of 2021, once my treatment and surgery were complete and I was cancer free, I began rebuilding my body. Staying consistent came easy for me because I knew what I wanted to achieve, and over time, I was able to build muscle, improve my fitness, and have a shredded physique.

Now, I help other people with their health and fitness goals, because I believe that health is of upmost importance and can be the solution for so many problems in a person's life.
